We are an online service that helps families find high quality, affordable care for their loved ones, or themselves in some cases.We noticed lots of people complaining there wasn’t very good home care available.
The recurring complaint was: “I can’t find anyone to look after my mum, it’s very disorienting.” The benefit of our model is you have that continuity of having the same person, and we are using technology to manage all the payments.With our model, as a customer you get to select your own carer online through the carer profiles.
The benefit is you have more stable contracts because the carers are earning a reasonable wage and they have that continuity in relationship with the client.My Private Carer is currently serving families in Northern Ireland and helping them find the carer of their choice.
The service will be rolling out nationally in 2017.
